RECORD SHOP 

I haven't received my order - If you placed an order and haven't received it yet, it may be because your order contained a pre-order item. If this item is still listed as a pre-order title on the site, then your total order is on hold until every item in your purchase is available. 

My order didn't contain any pre-order titles and I still haven't received it - All orders are posted out within one working day. UK orders can take up to 2 working days to arrive. European orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive. Rest of the world orders can take up to 15 working days to arrive. If you haven't received your order within an appropriate time frame, then please contact us with your order number. 

I would like to place an order and merge it with an existing order to save on postage - Place the order on the site and email us your order numbers, we will merge the orders and refund any excess postage. 

I haven't received a confirmation email of my order - Please send us an email through our Contact section and include your full name and address. We will locate the order and send you the confirmation email. This tends to happen when the email address on the order has a mistake. 

I want to pay through PayPal - We accept Credit/Debit card payments, PayPal and ApplePay. We are always looking to add alternative payment methods to our checkout. 

It is Christmas Eve and I’ve ordered a record, which is a gift for my son, will it arrive tomorrow - Although during December and January, we aim to post out all orders within 24 hours, the postal services are under a lot of stress. There will be a delay through January as Royal Mail and other international postal services catch up. There is no postal service that delivers on Christmas Day. Sorry Sandra. 

RECORD LABEL 

I want to send a demo to be considered for the label - Please send us an email through our Contact section. Make sure to send us private links that we can stream the music, do not send download links. Please add three or four sentences about yourself and state any previous releases. 

I run a shop and would like to stock some White Peach titles - Get in contact by dropping us an email through our Contact section. We offer an extensive list of releases from all sorts of labels through our distribution service. 

Is there a way to absorb your music, but not on wax - All of our releases are available to purchase digitally. They are also on all streaming platforms including Spotify, AppleMusic, Soundcloud & Youtube. 

I’d quite like to use your music in our advert or this Youtube video I’m working on - We’ve worked with Adidas, Nike, BBC, Reprezent FM and more. If you would like to discuss licensing, synchronisation or other musical ventures, head over to the contact section and send us an email. 

DISTRIBUTION 

I run a record label and want the White Peach shop to stock my new release - We are selective with what we stock and curate music from a select group of Genres. If your release sounds like Grime, Dub, Dubstep or Garage, then head over to our Contact section. 

I want White Peach to distribute my release to their network of worldwide stores - Similar to our Record Shop, we only distribute music that falls within Dubstep, Dub, Grime or Garage. Send us audio samples via a link that we can stream by heading over to our Contact section and we'll get back to you. 

I run a shop and want to buy in stock from your list of labels - Send us an email through our contact section and we’ll provide a stock list. 

VINYL PRESSING 

I want to press some records but need some help - We offer any option under the sun, so if you would like to have a quote on something specific, send us an email through our Contact section. Once we get an idea of what you are after, we can advise and offer alternative options for chin stroking purposes. 

How long does it take to get some records pressed - Once the audio is ready to be cut and the artwork meets the correct specification we are currently providing test pressings within 4 to 6 weeks. Once the test pressings have been approved, the main run also takes between 4 to 6 weeks. 

I’d quite like to get some inserts printed, perhaps some CD’s and a few tapes - We offer a bespoke printing service along with full CD and tape manufacturing options, send us an email and we’ll be able to discuss your needs and requirements.
